Visiting prisoners' of war graves

Today, during Polish Independance Day, we organised a tour on the Garisson cemetery where between 1939-1945 British and Italian were buried. There were 80 British prisoners of war buried with honours on this cemetery. All of whom, after the war were exhumated. We are trying the get the full list of those registered burials. Also, there were 27 Italian burials exhumated in 1957. To date, there is only one Italian grave left on the cemetery. The man's name is Pietro Fornali. Do you know anything about this person, if so please let us know. Please take a look at the photos from today's tour . 78 Independence Day in Torun: Cemetery Tour 2012
